A Suisun Valley Winery That Lives Up to Its Name

Nested in the heart of SV, the Suisun Valley Wine Co-op is a winery that truly lives up to its name! The Co-op has been helping smaller wineries make a name for themselves for decades. They are responsible for getting SV hotspots off the ground such as Mangels Vineyards and Suisun Creek Winery. With such a cooperative spirit, the Suisun Valley Wine Co-op is truly a friendly place!

The Co-op offers a vast array of wines from three smaller wineries under their umbrella: King Andrews, Sunset Cellars, and Blacksmith Cellars. Fah, the owner of the Co-op, is also owner and vintner of Sunset Cellars. His wines come from vineyards in Green Valley and Suisun Valley. Fah's mission is to keep the cooperative spirit alive by allowing smaller wineries opportunities to showcase their wines without having to pay the large property & startup fees.

The Co-op also maintains a friendly and familial spirit through events such as the Matcha & Wine event hosted by Fah and his friend, Junko Fukuda. Junko is a renowned Japanese pastry chef and author of several cookbooks. Her matcha tea ceremonies have become quite popular in Japan, and Fah invited her to share her talents with the Suisun Valley community. The matcha tea ceremony is a unique event that brings a mixture of friendship and cultural experience that enhances our small wine country!

Junko even brought a few beautiful, custom cookies that she made to enjoy during the ceremony!

The Suisun Valley Wine Co-op is so much more than just a winery. It is a community of friends and family. With Fah and the Co-op team as your hosts, you will feel like you're welcomed into an experience of wine and fun. Fah puts a little bit of personalization in everything he does.
