All About Suisun Valley's Wine Country Christmas!

Did you hear about the upcoming holiday event happening on Saturday, November 29? To kick off the holiday season, Suisun Valley is having a Wine Country Christmas event that is taking place on both Rockville and Mankas Corners! Read on for everything you need to know:

Christmas at the Corners begins at Rockville Corner from 12-3pm

Get ready for a full day of festive holiday fun! On November 29, the fun kicks off at Rockville Corner in Suisun Valley. Sentivo Suisun Valley, La Barista Espresso, Rancho Fino, Bella TheSe Spa, Rockville Kitchen + Bar, Salon Collective Green Valley and Revival Beauty + Wellness are all participating in the event.

There will be plenty of fun activities to look forward to such as photos with Santa Claus, face painting, and ornament crafts. Get ready to enjoy holiday cocktails at Rancho Fino, hot chocolate at La Barista Espresso, and delicious food samples at Rockville Kitchen + Bar. There will also be an opportunity to enter to win some amazing raffle prizes!

This is the event to look forward to for holiday shopping! Across the street, Sentivo Suisun Valley will be hosting a fun vendor fair with many local goodies for sale. Head over there to check out some artisan goods and even stop by the tasting room to try some amazing Sentivo wines.

To add to the feel-good spirit of the holidays, there will also be a toy drive sponsored by Toys for Tots and the SPCA will bring their adorable Puppy Mobile! Bring a new toy for the toy drive and come meet some sweet furry friends.

The fun continues with Wine Country Christmas at Mankas Corner from 3-9pm

Oh what fun it is to spend a day in Suisun Valley! After enjoying Christmas at the Corners, head over to Mankas Corner for more holiday cheer! The fun begins at 3pm at Mankas Corner in Suisun Valley. Farmer's Closet Boutique, Suisun Valley Filling Station, and many other local businesses are hosting this amazing event. There will be food trucks, live music, and an artisan faire.

A first for Suisun Valley, there will be a tree lighting ceremony on Mankas Meadow across from Suisun Valley Filling Station at 5:45pm. There will also be more photo opportunities with Santa Clause, and a real life reindeer from 5-8pm! Instead of a tractor parade, this year's Wine Country Christmas will include a tractor show with fun light displays created by Suisun Valley Vintners & Growers.

There will be not just one, but two concerts at Wine Country Christmas! Live music will kick off at 3pm on Mankas Corner with Rhythm Method Trio from 3-5pm. Then, Strange Brew will take the stage from 6-9pm right around the same time as the tree lighting ceremony. It's going to be a fun event that you don't want to miss!

In order to be prepared for this amazing all-day event, here are some tips to keep you ready for a day of holiday fun:

• Expect variable weather - it will likely be cold, so bring along some warm layers like a heavy coat, gloves, a hat and a scarf. Also make sure to bring an umbrella or a rain coat in case it starts to sprinkle.

• Wear comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting wet or muddy - there's a chance it might be a little wet or muddy at Mankas Meadow, so make sure to wear shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.

• Anticipate limited parking - Mankas Corner and Rockville Corner have limited parking, so plan to carpool or rideshare if possible. Get there on time for your best chance to secure a parking spot.
