Suisun Valley Springtime Wines

Spring has sprung! The air is getting warm, the birds are chirping, and wild poppies are in full bloom. There's so much natural greenery abound, and the vineyards are beginning to wake up as buds break for the first time all year. It is springtime in Suisun Valley!

It's a great time of year to head outdoors and enjoy the warm sunshine. Whether you're planning your first picnic of the season, enjoying a day in the garden, or heading to the beach, I have the perfect wine for you. Today, I'm sharing my favorite Suisun Valley Springtime wines to kick off the season in style.

Wooden Valley 2022 Chardonnay

If you're a Chardonnay fan, this is the wine for you! Wooden Valley's Chardonnay is a crisp and classic chard. It's medium-bodied and full of fruit-forward flavor. This is the perfect wine for enjoying at a picnic with charcuterie.

Tolenas 2022 Rosé

Not only does this wine have a beautiful hue, but it's also a delightful rosé that's perfectly balanced. It's made of petite sirah and pinot noir grapes which lend its stunning color. It has flavors of strawberry and watermelon, making it pleasantly refreshing. The finish has subtle notes of candy. It's springtime in a bottle!

Conundrum Wines 2022 Conundrum White Blend

Weekend dinners on the patio call for a crowd-pleasing white, and the Conundrum White Blend is that and more. This blend has lots of fruity and citrusy flavor making it very refreshing on a warm spring's day. Serve chilled and pair with any of your favorite foods, it truly goes with everything!

Sea Sun 2021 Pinot Noir

Speaking of crowd pleasers, this is the red wine for everyone! It's a nice, light red with a complex flavor profile of dark fruits, vanilla, and spice. The depth of flavor makes for a pleasant experience for the senses. Visit Caymus-Suisun and enjoy this wine on their scenic patio while soaking in the incredible views of the Suisun Valley. It truly is a remarkable sight in the spring!

Now that you have your springtime wine lineup, all that's left is planning your upcoming picnic, beach trip, or wine tasting excursion. Happy spring!
